If I have an approved i-140, Can my spouse apply H4 EAD for his/her h4 right away? 2. Should we have to file i-485 to be eligible for H4 EAD? 3. Once I get my i-140 is approved, wait 180 days, then the spouse with H4 is eligible for EAD? which one is true? I heard all of the above arguments from different sources.
