Can employee register for H1B 2021 via different employer ( till its selected in lottery)? Multiple registration is allowed in case filed by different employer?

As per new 2021 h1b guideline, employer just needs to register employee with basic information until application gets selected in lottery. Once application gets pick up in lottery then employer needs to provide all documents.

 

Question is, Can someone file multiple application so that it can pick up in lottery ?

You can. But I will not advice you to do so.

Yes, it is okay to file multiple applications through different employers. Not allowed through the same employer.

And not for the same client.

In general, having multiple applications invites RFEs and likely denials of all applications, because it is unlikely that employers go through the work and expense if they don't have a reasonable expectation that the person would start working for them. So USCIS will likely suspect that the beneficiary paid one or all of the employers, which is of course illegal.

This is considered as fraud. Even if it is selected it will be revoked later for sure

Read more, 2016 such approved cases even if they have changed employer now being revoked.

Ask any attorney they will advice against this.

It doesn't matter how many times you tell them, they will still fall into the trap. With the new process USCIS made it so simple for such cases. 

Just $10 for applying should ring alarm bells.
