H4 and H4 Ead

I was on H4 EAD (2018 to 2019) and working, due to my delivery i quit
my job and took a break. After that we applied extension only for H1
and H4 in 2019 and it was approved till July 2020.

Now i am planning to restart my career and wanted to apply for H4 and
H4 Ead together. I have few questions in this can you please help me
on this.

1. in i539 form we have a below question, "Have you or other
individual in this application, been employed in the United States
since last admitted or granted an extension or change of status" (yes
or No).

2. in i 765 do we want to give any previous EAD details

please help me on this
