Currently I am not working and I am in second week of 60 days unemployment period. I have applied for H4 change of status and waiting for the receipt notice. Can you please help me with the below questions? 1. If I don't get a job in 60 days of unemployment period , Can i continue to stay in US with H4 receipt notice? 2. If I find a job, Can I continue working in F1 while H4 is being processed or my F1 gets invalid? Thank you Quote Link to comment
