dkodi Posted March 4, 2020 Report Share Posted March 4, 2020 Dear Sir/Madam, I am currently working with Employer A and Myself and dependents has valid i797A and i94 till Oct-20. I got an offer from Employer B and they have initiated H1 Transfer along with H4 Transfer. How ever Employer B applications(i797A and I539) got approved till Feb-20. I am not joining Employer B and continuing to work with Employer A. Can some one help me to understand if my dependents can stay along with me since Employer i539/i94 is valid till Oct 20.
