User099
Visa might be approve, but you will have issues at POE and at the consulate when you go for visa interview. Quote Link to comment
gan1379
Was concerned about RFE related to this issue. Since my case will be still in pending and cannot provide any proof/documentation for the closed case. Quote Link to comment
User099
I don't think it will be an issue with the case pending, I don't think there will be an RFE for it. Quote Link to comment
h1b-in-soup
Hi @gan1379 I'm facing a similar issue. Have you heard anything else about it? I got arrested yesterday and have to file visa extension in June. But initial court date is in May ending. I dont think I can get the case resolved before I can apply for extension. If anybody else has opinions or information, please let me know. Quote Link to comment

2018h1bextension
As long as you have certified court documents and police report, you will be fine, however generally court does not certify police report , you need to go to the police station and have the stamp your arrest report.
