Selvaraj25
Need some clarification for i539 new form which was effective from 02/24 My son is receiving speech therapy and for that we getting some funds from our county disabilities(nearly 3k/yr from ) and other money is from insurance and us. In new 539 form they asking if we are getting any public benefits, they asked to list. Is this comes under public benefits? If so is there any chance for h4 rejection? I reached out to the service provider they are not sure whether it comes under public benefits. If NOT under public benefits, should i choose No i am not certified for benefits or No i don't avail the benefits? Please suggest.. Thanks much. Quote Link to comment
newacct
No. It's not among the types of benefits listed on the form. Quote Link to comment
User099
My personal opinion, I don't think in your case those qualify as public benefits. Quote Link to comment
