to_vaib Posted March 1, 2020 Report Share Posted March 1, 2020 Hi, My Green Card came in Aug 2014 and My Wife's Green Card came in March 2016. I just became Citizen and have received my Naturalization Certificate and US Passport. Can I now apply for my wife's citizenship as she should now qualify for 3 year clause post GC due to married to US Citizen now? OR do I still need to wait 5 years which would be sometime next year?
