uday029
This is the first time me and my wife will be using Dropbox for visa stamping. Just wanted to know the procedure. Do we carry our documents individually or all of them together in one folder? Do we need to carry originals and 1 copy? Do we need to carry scanned copies in a flash drive? Can we submit any/all supporting documents or just the ones specified in the confirmation email? Thank you. Quote Link to comment
MurthyIndia_Lawyer
Hi! Please note that if you are eligible for submitting your visa application via Dropbox/Interview Waiver Program, it is important to carry all the requisite documents like your passport (s), DS-160 Confirmation Page. Dropbox Confirmation Letter along with supporting documents, if any (both in original and a copy) to the Visa Application Centre. The supporting document(s) depend on the category of visa you are applying for (this is usually mentioned in the appointment letter). You can carry all the documents related to you and your wife in the same folder if you find it convenient. The consulate, after reviewing the preliminary documents, may get back to you with the list of additional documents, if needed. Please note that you will not be permitted to carry any external storage medium like flash drive.
