venu29 Posted February 29, 2020 Report Share Posted February 29, 2020 HI Need some help I have an an employment based EAD based on eb1 Now my wife/son;s ead is expiring in April and we applied for renewal . we applied with c(36) and we were not sure if the eligibility code is c(9) or c(36). USCIS returned the application saying we have to pay a renewal fees , but as per instructions , my understanding was that we dont have to pay the $10 renewal fee Can you please advise if we need to send the applications with a fees? need this advise quickly and will be much appreciated.as i have very few days to get the renewal.
