H1b extension + H4 Extension + H4 EAD i-765 Query

Hi,

I'm applying for a H1b extension + H4 extension + H4 EAD extension (all valid till 4th Sep, 2020). For H4 EAD, what should I fill to Query 29 of form i-765. 

"(c)(26) Eligibility Category. If you entered the eligibility category (c)(26) in Item Number 27., provide the receipt
number of your H-1B spouse's most recent Form I-797 Notice for Form I-129, Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker."

Should I leave it blank or put the current H-1B I-797 number (which expires 4th Sep, 2020).

We were in a similar situation and put the spouse's current H-1B I-797 number (which is expiring in March 2020).
