With the new process in effect, I read on the USCIS website that the lottery information will be released before March 31st. What would be a safe time to travel in March? I know that I cannot travel when my petition is pending status, but I am not sure if I can travel when the application for the lottery is filed. Is this safe? or should I make my plans to return before the lottery results are announced? Quote Link to comment
