noorbw
I have an employment based immigration visa stamp on my passport and am entering the US on March 10th. I noticed that the public charge rule went into effect on Feb 24 and am worried about how the CBP officer will determine my admissibility at the port of entry. Since my case is employment based, will that make it easier for the officer to admit me or should I carry documents (assets/liabilities list, bank balances etc.) with me to prove that I will not become a public charge?
