anony_85 Posted February 25, 2020 Report Share Posted February 25, 2020 Hi, I had applied for L2 ead renewal which got denied as i had incorrect category specified. My EAD expedite request was also approved post which we got to know the denial reason. Is there a way we can re-appeal or re-open with correction and expedite it because i have medical emergency due to which expedite was approved previously. Is there a way i can fix instead of again waiting for 120 days? Appreciate your advice and help on this. Quote Link to comment
User099 Posted February 25, 2020 Report Share Posted February 25, 2020 USCIS might not consider an appeal for a mistake you did. If they did something wrong on their end, you can contact them to fix it. Apply for a new EAD and try to get it expedited might be a good option. Quote Link to comment
