H4 Extension

I was with employer A, Me and my spouse had I-94 Expiry date as 31-Dec-2019. My company filed my premium processing H1B extension on 12-Dec-2019 and it got approved on 20-Dec-2019. And they have filed H4 together and part of the process biometrics given and its in process. And I have changed employer B they have filed my H1B transfer which got approved on 28-Dec-2019. And i have moved out of previous location. In this case what happens to my H4 ?

1. Do i need file my H4 again with employer B?

2. If Employer B has not filed H4 what happens?

3. If employer B has filed H4 and if we have missed the receipt number and biometric date due to address change how is it handled?

I think it will be better to file for a new H4 with B's approval notice if you think Emp A will withdraw the H1. At the time when H4 is being adjudicated, if USCIS sees that the H1 is withdrawn they can issue a RFE for new H1 copy or deny the H4 saying H1 is not valid. My personal opinion.
