My H1B amendment(new jersey location)expired on feb 04 2020.But my old H1B visa I-797 is valid till june 15 2020

Hello my H1B amendment (new jersey location) expired on feb 04 2020.But my old H1B visa I797(old location chicago) is valid till june 2020.I'm in lawfull presence?My employer filed for new H1B amendment and extension for new location wisconsin on 20 feb 2020.Will this effect my new H1B amendment and extension filing.
I-94 for both H1B amendment(new jersey location) and H1B visa I-797(chicago location) are same and USCIS website says I-94 is valid till june 2020. I'm in status or out of status?

60 days or I94 expiry date which ever is shorter is the grace period.
