work for multiple employer at same time with both valid H1Bs approved

Hi,

im working for employer A as remote job, filed H1b transfer with employer B which is approved and started working with employer B. Now, can I work on both jobs with employer A and employer B.

Yes, if the employer has filed a Concurrent H1 petition.

In past I saw few posts in this forum which says you can do part-time for both. Just my personal opinion not legal advise...

If I understand correctly, you have to be working on 1 full time H1-B, others can be part time.

You cannot work on two H1Bs at same time unless they are CONCURRENT H1s. Very few H1s will be concurrent and no employer will file concurrent without a solid reason. The moment your second employers submits I9 to government, they will know you have started working emp2, so your work with emp1 will be illegal. USCIS may not care if you are lucky but things may go bad when you file for green card etc.
