maruthi Chava
I'm working for Company A, I got offer from company B. Company B filed H1B transfer in premium processing and after a week we received RFE. Now, Company A filed H1B extension in the regular process. If the H1B extension filed by current company A gets the approval after the H1B transfer approval, does the extension invalidates the H1B transfer filed by Company B ? maruthi Chava
Thank you for the response. My employer generally don't withdraw H1B even employee leaves the company. Let say in my case If Company B H1B transfer gets the Approval and leave the current Company A and later if current Company A's H1B extension gets the approval then I will be having two I94's and the extension's I94 will have the latest date. Will it be a problem after I join Company B and later H1B extension approves filed by Company A ? Edited February 19, 2020 by maruthi Chava Quote Link to comment

Noth are independent and after you take your decision one will let USCIS know and get H1B revoked. That's law. Quote Link to comment
User099
Even if both the petitions are approved you will have only one I94 number on both. You should go with the I94 expiry date of the H1 which you are going to keep. Quote Link to comment
