My H1B extension got denied from current employer A and have come back to india and working for employer A. Now New employer B has filed H1B transfer and its approved now. I have questions about filing DS-160 form

what can i answer for the below two questions

I have no refusals for a visa in any class after my most recent visa issuance? Yes or No

Have you ever been refused a Us Visa? Yes or No

Peition denial is not visa denial. If you never had a visa denied as the consulate EVER, then you will answer NO to both questions.
