Visa Approved but administrative processing

Hi,

I had my H1b visa extenstion interview in delhi on 11th Feb. The VO said my visa is approved(She kept my passport). My visa is under administrative processing since then.

Yesterday i got a mail from ustraveldocs to submit my previous 797.But the weird thing is immediately after i got this mail(almost at the same time)  i received another email that said "We have received your email and will respond accordingly within 1 to 2 business days. Case status closed"

Note 1: inspite of the case closed mail i sent them the old petition that they asked for in the first email.

Note 2: The case updated date is of today.

Anyone else has any idea regarding whats going on?

I guess the next step is wait till you get an email saying you can collect your passport. Till then we cannot say anything.

Such cases are normal now a days. Beside waiting nothing you can do. Sorry to hear your case.
