H1B amendment with Employer A while transfer from Employer A to Employer B

Hi all,

I am currently employed by Employer A. I got a new role with Employer B and Employer B has initiated the transfer process with Premium processing (its been 8 days as of today). My contract in Employer 1 ended and I got a new role and Employer A wants to file an amendment in Premium Processing itself. How does this work? Will my initial transfer get cancelled? Please advice.

Even if your H1 is approved for Emp B, it won't be active till you resign Emp A and join Emp B. Emp A can apply for the amendment and if you want to continue with Emp A, let Emp B know that you will not join them and they will withdraw their petition.
