v.valluri Posted February 13, 2020 Report Share Posted February 13, 2020 I applied for H1b in Oct'19 and i got RFE for SOW. We have SOW till March 31, 2020 and I got approval till that date. Now planning to file extension again, we still didn't have extended SOW and my employer is saying that we may receive it by March 3rd week. So i started my H1 processing today and let me know which one is best --- filing in Premium or Normal for this scenario? Myne is Vermont service center Quote Link to comment

User099 Posted February 13, 2020 Report Share Posted February 13, 2020 If you don't submit the new SOW you petition will only be approved till March 31st. If you have already filed for the extension without SOW, then hopefully you will get a RFE. Submit the New SOW and convert it to premium. Quote Link to comment
