anujkpathak@gmail.com
I am working on H4 EAD which is going to expire in Apr 2020 and renewal is in progress but not sure if I will receive new EAD card before my current one expired or if i will be continue to work. I also had H1b visa in past which is inactive since as I moved to h4/h4-ead status. Mu question is , If I dont get H4-EAD approval in time and I apply for h1b under normal processing, would I will be able to work as soon as i get the receipt or i can only work once its approved and approval notice is received from USCIS. gopalakrishnach
As per law employer must let USCIS know if employee do not work for them on H1B and revoke that H1B. Please make sure whether H1B is not revoked but as per law employer must get it revoked. You can work on H1B receipt... Quote Link to comment
User099
You will have to wait for the H1 to be approved to start working on H1. Quote Link to comment
