H4 EAD Biometric

Currently, My Spouse has H4 and EAD valid until June 2020, we are planning to apply H4 and EAD along with my h1b in premium process. As I aware H4 and EAD won't fall under the premium process.

My question is does my spouse need to go through biometric? As we already have h4 and EAD.

Yes, H4 extension will need biometics to be provided.

Yes, anytime you apply for H-4 extension you should go for biometrics.
