prathyu.sam
Hi, My current H1B Extension from Employer A is in Progress in normal processing and my I94 is expired, I am now waiting for the decision from USCIS on my extension. However, I got a new full-time job offer from Employer B. Can I still proceed and apply for the H1B transfer in premium while my Extension is in progress? In case if my transfer with Employer B gets approved, then can I join Employer B? Kindly let me know in case if there will be any issues if I join the new employer? Please advise! Thanks in advance! pontevecchio
You can join B by leaving and returning with an H1 visa if their petition is approved. As long as the current extension is not approved, any H1 petition after I94 expiry will be for CP..The bridge of continuity.... Quote Link to comment
User099
Most likely your new petition will be in Consular processing and have to go for stamping to start working for new employer. Quote Link to comment
