jubber
Hi, My employer delayed posting LCA to a new client location within the same MSA after i moved to new end client. I started working at the client in Jan 2019 and the LCA was posted in September 2019. I am going for H1b stamping soon. Any suggestions what i should do? Thanks! Quote Link to comment

User099
Not just an LCA, you might need an amendment too. Was an H1 amendment filed for you? Quote Link to comment
jubber
No, there was no amendment filed. Why do i need amendment? I changed my location within the same MSA with no material change Quote Link to comment

User099
Did you not change from Client A to Client B? Or did you just change from employer location to client location in the same MSA? Edited February 12, 2020 by User099 text Quote Link to comment
jubber
I changed from Client A to Client B within the same MSA for the same employer Quote Link to comment
User099
You might have to talk to an attorney about this. Changing a Client will most likely need an amendment not just a new LCA. Quote Link to comment
