Jharna Jain Posted February 9, 2020 Report Share Posted February 9, 2020 Hello, I came to India to get my first h1b stamped I went to mumbai for my interview and there they just asked three question and said your visa is approved, collect your passport in 3-4days yesterday when I went to collect my passport my visa was not stamped and they gave 221(g) attached with it. They are asking for one document but I am not getting it whether that document is client letter or something else. “A letter on letterhead from the personnel department at the US end client company, stating that there is a vacancy for you” Can you please help me understanding it.
