ksaran81
My labor was filled last month (Jan 2020) through my current employer with whom I was employed for the last two years. In the given backdrop, I was served with a one-month layoff notice. However, the company has given a commitment to pursue my labor & I140 application process, though I may not be employed with the company at the time of approval. Is it legally feasible to do so? User099
Yes, its possible. Your PERM was for a future job which you will work for your employer when you get your GC. Quote Link to comment
