We started the extension process in October 2019 and completed biometrics in December 2019. Currently September 2019 H1b cases and July h4 cases are being adjudicated .Is it advisable to convert to Premium processing now? Will this quicken the H4 process in anyway? Quote Link to comment

No, it will only quicken H-1 processing. H-4 and H-4 EAD are now considered separate applications and are not considered for parallel processing with H-1. Quote Link to comment
