Vikz2020 Posted February 6, 2020 Report Share Posted February 6, 2020 Hello, My I94 expired on Jan 10,2020 and extension which was filed on Sep 11,2019 and went in to RFE today(02/05/2020). Unfortunately my client and location has changed and we were about to file amendment over Extension. Can I file Amendment over same extension with the RFE response ? What are my options now ?
