Sunnyyy Posted February 4, 2020 Report Share Posted February 4, 2020 I have no i94 . I entered through JFK with some lady 20 year ago. I submitted 4 affidavits to claim my entry. But they denied my case and now my lawyer filed motion to reopen reconsider based on new affidavit from my aunt . Will they approve my application this time?
