User099
There are other conditions too which you will have to satisfy to qualify for dropbox. You should be able to check those online. 2. Nothing. You need not be in US. Quote Link to comment

You can answer all the questions while booking appointment and then you can know whether you are eligible. Employer change filter has been removed for drop box eligibility. But there are some more criteria's. 2. No issues. 3. Just take all your docs. Quote Link to comment
gopalakrishnach
1. Fill form and it will tell you. Even drop box they might ask you to come for in-person. That is normal so plan accordingly. 2. Nothing. Its normal. When they started processing. It takes 6+months. 3. I do not know... Quote Link to comment
Mav777
Don’t know about the change in employer, but general dropbox requirements are no change in visa class (ie H1) and visa expired within the last year. You meet both. Nothing happens when your I-140 is approved. Only thing is if you submit your ds160 prior to I-140 approval then you may have to redo the form to say “yes” to the question “ has anyone filed an immigrant petition on your behalf” Quote Link to comment
