infra55
Hello, Is it correct that interview for some I-485 applicants are being waived at the moment by USCIS in light of COVID-19 (leading to direct approval of their GC). Regards IC
Svsv
Hello team, could you please help clarify the following? My original birth certificate was in a bad shape and was laminated by my parents a long time back. Would that cause issues later on in the immigration process? I have an approved I-140 and I'm not sure if my birth certificate copy was used so far in the process. Thanks you! Sv
