viking2.0
I'm currently in the 60 day grace period after quitting my job in dec 17th. I want to apply change of status to H4 as my start date under new employer is on feb 23rd which is beyond the 60 day limit. Can i file this 539 online? I see uscis is providing option to do it online. Has anyone done it recently? Quote Link to comment
