UIIS_222 Posted January 29, 2020 Report Share Posted January 29, 2020 (edited) Hello, I had applied for I539 extension of stay for H4 visa in July 2019, gave biometrics in august 2019. I had to travel to India in September, and hence got my H4 stamped there and came back. I had heard that I539 is automatically abandoned if you leave the country, so I didn't bother withdrawing it.
