Mike1
I am currently on L1-B visa with an Employer. My max out date for L1B visa is 18th October 2020. My employer filed H1-B for me since last 2 years but It was not picked in the lottery. Employer is going to file H1-B again this year. As I have not been lucky with H1-B. Can you suggest what other options I have to continue with my stay and employment in USA. Note: My employer refused to file L1-A for me because I am right now not in Manager position. Also if I get sponsorship from another employer, Filing multiple H1B petition from different employer is okay or is it illegal. What are the chances if multiple H1B is filed. Please help.
