Hello,

Me and my wife are planning to visit Mexico for a 4 day vacation. I am on H1 (valid until Nov 2021) and my wife is on H4 (valid until Nov 2021). We both don't have a visa stamping in the passport (it expired). Can we use the Automatic Visa Revalidation upon return to US and what is the process at the Port Of Entry if we have to use this AVR?

You should be able to use AVR unless you are not going to Mexico for visa stamping.

You use your I94 to come back. Hence hold on to it during your travel until your return.
