H1B VISA Transfer - Any time limit to join new Employer after H1B Transfer approval?

I am currently working for Company A on an H1B. Company B had filed my H1B transfer, which is approved on 01/23/2020 by USICS with a validity of nearly 3 yrs.

I am still working with Company A, will join with new employer Company B in 2 weeks. On e-approval, I see Starting Validity Date is on 11/18/2019, as it already past 2+ months. Can I Join with new employer Company B in two weeks?

Is there any legal time limit from date of H1B Transfer approval to joining with new Employer Company B?

Were YOU not willing to join the new employer immediately after the transfer was approved  or the Company B not willing to accept you once the petition was approved?

I feel you can join and start for Company B maybe 3 to 4 weeks from 01/23/2020  but not very long time since at one point of time if you do notjoin B they will let USCIS know that you do not join them and revoke H1B.

This confuses me .. On e-approval, I see Starting Validity Date is on 11/18/2019

Technically you are OK as long as Company B don't withdraw their I-797A petition and before work-permit validity expires.

You have up to 60 days to join the new employer. If you haven't joined by then, the employer would be required to start paying you, or revoke the H1.
