User099
You can do it, but it will depend on you I94 expiry date. what is your I94 expiry date? I would be careful with working for 2 companies as full time employee for a long period of time. Quote Link to comment

Arjun150
My I94 got expired.Just want to be on safe side until my any one of the H1B will be approved.Depend on which H1b approves will continue with that.A company has RFE and If I got offer from B consultancy then will do H1 transfer ,if its approve then will resign A company and join B.If RFE comes in B is contractor company then they will respond only if I join so during that situation I just want to be safe.So without resign can I join B and until they repond for RFE and once any RFE is approved then we take necessary action. Please help me with any suggestions here. User099
If Emp B does a consular processing petition as your I94 is expired, I don't think you will be able to work for them on a receipt notice. You might have to check with Emp B's attorney. Quote Link to comment
