Food items in check in

Hi,

In my recent travel from India to US (Mar'2019), I forgot to mention few food items in the clearance form which was put in my check-in luggage at last moment. So the clearance person found them in my bag and took my passport to note down something and mentioned that if your next renewal get rejected it might be because of this.

Could someone please tell me is this something which can effect my next H1 renewal (I got I-140 recently too).

Better to talk to attorney. One thing I am sure is this will be in your history and will always comeup in history check. But it might depend on what type of food items you got.

This is just for the future reference to anyone with the same scenario - Even with the above issue I don't have any issues with my recent H1 extension. Thanks!
