VISHAL25
I applied jobs at two companies at a time. My H1B got approved in one company and second company my H1 was in process. So, i accepted the 1st company offer and ask 2nd company to withdraw my H1B application. Due to withdraw of H1 application, i got rejection for my wifes H4 application, however she got the approval for H4 application from first company. I have couple of question - 1. Is her application consider under rejected\refusal of Visa ? 2. Also, if i will apply for a drop box (as current visa is till valid), what should i select for a question 'I have no refusals for a visa in any class after my most recent visa issuance' ? ( i am applying drop box for both of us together) 3. Is she eligible for a drop box ? Quote Link to comment

User099
1. No, her petition was rejected not her visa. 2. Her petition was rejected not her visa. 3. There are other factors too which will decide if she is eligible for drop box. Quote Link to comment
