Below details for my H1B extension and amendment. H1B Transfer (includes H4b) approved until July 27, 2021 Project1 H1B Amendment approved until July 27, 2021 Project2 H1B Amendment approved until November 08, 2019 Project3 H1B Amendment + Extension Denied on December 23, 2019 As per the attorney's interpretation she gave me two options; To go out of the country and get stamped on my earlier H1B transfer (Valid until 27, 2021) They will file a new petition under nunc pro trunc category Could you please guide me through and let me know what are the options for me?
