H1B Extension + Amendment Denied

I am working with the Big Four consulting firm, and my H1B Amendment + Extension was denied. Below details for my H1B extension and amendment.

1. H1B Transfer (includes H4b) approved until July 27, 2021
2. Project1 H1B Amendment approved until July 27, 2021
3. Project2 H1B Amendment approved until November 08, 2019
4. Project3 H1B Amendment + Extension Denied on December 23, 2019

As per the attorney's interpretation she gave me two options;

1. To go out of the country and get stamped on my earlier H1B transfer (Valid until 27, 2021)
2. They will file a new petition under nunc pro trunc category

Could you please guide me through and let me know what are the options for me?

Going for stamping and coming back is a good option, it will clear any ambiguity. But your employer can also file for a new amendment while you are here on the basis of your original petition.
