H4 EAD Stamping

Hello Team,

I am on H1B and my wife was on H4. In December 2018, when we went to India , we got our visa stamped till August 2019. While i did my visa extension, i applied for EAD for my wife and got both my H1B and her H4 and EAD approved till 2022. So her visa changed from H4 to H4 EAD. Now we are planning to go to India in April 2020. Are we eligible for drop box? Will getting an EAD , be an issue?

I can't tell you if you are eligible for drop box with the information you have provided, more details are needed.

You wife is still on H4, EAD is just her work authorization. Getting EAD will not cause any issues.

You can answer the questions on the appointment portal and it will let you know if you are eligible for drop box or no.
