As I understand, I have until 60 days to look for other opportunities if not, go back to home country. My question is : Can I stay beyond 60 days (not more than 180 days) and continue to look for opportunities and go to home country when I find a job with approved I-797? Will there be any complications if I stay more than 60 days with out a job? Quote Link to comment
