pranay4
Hi, My H1 was approved for client A with employer A, but I had to change projects and moved to client B with same employer A and filed an amendment. The amendment got denied twice for client B. It's been more than 2 yrs since i got my initial H1 but both my amendments got rejected and am at a point where am supposed to file my H1 extension and my employer suggests me to go for consular processing and file and amendment + extension. Is that a good option to consider? What are my chances of getting an approval if I file for another amendment + extension for same project (i..e; client B) ? what are the chances that they might do site visit to my previous client ? will that ever happen? Why was the amendment denied TWO times? Consular processing might be a good option, but it will be depend on why the petition was denied previously. Quote Link to comment
