Attorney_15 Posted March 31, 2020 Report Share Posted March 31, 2020 There is no AC21 Green Card portability to 'port' the I-140 if there is no I-485 filed. However, if at least 180 days have passed from approval of the I-140, the priority date can transfer to another I-140. However another employer would likely have to through the Labor Certification process before moving on to the I-140 stage. Quote Link to comment
