If I happen to switch my employer after April 19 , 2020 & get an H1 extension form new employer (2nd Employer) . But later decide to move out of my 2nd employer before PERM / I 140 approval from 2nd employer. Will I be able do an H1 extension & an transfer to 3rd employer using 1st employer I 140 approval ? .
