Ram1212
Hi, My case is little different. My H1b max out date is in March 2020. I transferred my H1b from Employer A to B in Aug 2019. Again I transferred to Employer C in Nov 2019. Both the H1 transfers are pending with USCIS. In both the transfer petitions, requested end date was till my H1 Maxout (Mar 2020). After I joined employer C, my i140 was filed in premium and it got approved. Now my question is 1) Can I amend my existing H1 transfer (with employer C) to have new end date based on my i140? 2) Should I convert my current H1 transfer (with employer C) to premium, get the output and then file new H1 extension based on the i140 ? 2a) If so, should I file my new H1 extension in regular or premium? 2b) Before when should I have filed my new H1 extension? 3) what would be the impact if my previous h1 transfer (with employer B) gets RFE/denied? Requesting your valuable inputs. Thanks Edited January 11, 2020 by Ram1212 more input Quote Link to comment
