H1b_kks
Sharing my experience at Vancouver, Canada (First time H1b) I797 B. VO didn't mention specifically that Visa is approved. From the below conversation, can I assume it is approved? Interview Date - January 8th, 2020 Handed over passport, I797 Questions asked by VO - Which Company you work for? What do you do? Do you know what is your salary? location where you work? Highest degree and in which stream? Did you do Opt and anything other than Opt? Handed over the worker rights pamplet. VO said it will be an extra day as something should be corrected in the Sevis. Kept passport and I797 with her. no slips given. VO didn't mention specifically that Visa is approved. From the conversation, can I assume it is approved or do you see any issue? Quote Link to comment
