Venkata11 Posted January 10, 2020 Report Share Posted January 10, 2020 Hi, I am applying a visiting visa for my niece in India. I see that we can do drop box for a child under 14 years of age. When i follow the steps on CGI Federal, there is question which says "Do both the parents have a valid US visa?". But the problem is only child's mother has a US visa and father doesn't.
